I’m a chef by profession, passionate about creating with food, but also deeply dedicated to personal growth, spirituality, and conscious living. Hello beautiful souls, I’m currently in the process of awakening. What I clearly understand now is that for a long time, I was living inside a program — following patterns that weren’t truly mine. Right now, I’m becoming more aware and more present, but I feel I still don’t know how to fully “wake up.” I wish to learn, to expand, and to connect with others who walk this path. If you’ve had moments of deep awakening, or practices that helped you break free from the program, I’d love to hear your experiences. 🙏💙
