reduce my bio to 150 characters: I am a U.S. Air Force veteran whose life's work has been shaped by service, resilience, and a deep commitment to those who carry unseen wounds. As the founder of Operation Stay;, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, my true calling has emerged through a mission‑driven movement devoted to suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and restoring dignity, hope, and connection within the veteran community. Operation Stay; exists to remind female veterans that they are not forgotten, not broken, and not alone. Through intentional retreats, community engagement, and courageous conversations, we create safe spaces where healing can begin, stories can be shared, and lives can quite literally be saved. Our work is grounded in connection, purpose, and the belief that staying—choosing life, choosing community—is an act of profound strength. This mission is carried forward in collaboration with The Liberty Projects, our trusted partner and umbrella organization, allowing us to expand impact, deepen programming, and serve male and female cohorts with care that honors their unique experiences while fostering unity, respect, and restoration. Together, we focus on whole‑person healing—mind, body, and spirit—through programs that prioritize dignity, belonging, and long‑term support. As a proud Desert Storm veteran and Save A Warrior alumna, I continue to serve through leadership, advocacy, and volunteer involvement with veteran‑focused organizations across Idaho and Arizona. Everything I do—whether behind the scenes or standing in front of a room—is rooted in the same mission: to lead with heart, serve with purpose, and build bridges of hope for those navigating their darkest waters. "Operation Stay; is more than an initiative—it is a lifeline. And my commitment is simple and unwavering: to ensure that every veteran we reach knows their life matters, their story matters, and their presence in this world is needed." With sincerest thanks,
