My work really lives in the moment before action…the moment before you eat, push, scroll, or say yes when you mean no. I’ve been leaning into the practice of pausing and what becomes available when we create space instead of force. I’m building The Inner Shift Collective, a space where this work is explored in a grounded, real-life way.
