Getting Up at Night to Pee – Normal or Something to Adjust?
Hi everyone, I wanted to get your thoughts on nighttime urination. Lately, I’ve been getting up once (sometimes twice) at night to pee, which didn’t really happen before. At the same time, I’m also much more hydrated now, especially because eating fruits and vegetables contains a lot of water. I’ve heard two different perspectives on this. One is that if we urinate around 8–12 times a day on average, then statistically it makes sense that nighttime would sometimes be included—especially if we’re going every 2–2.5 hours. The other perspective is about sleep cycles: apparently, we don’t wake up because we need to pee, but rather we become aware of the need to pee when we’re already in a lighter sleep phase. So in that sense, it may not be as disruptive as it sounds. I’m curious how you experience this. Is it normal or “okay” for you to get up once or twice per night? Or do you actively try to avoid it, for example by eating earlier or adjusting fluid intake in the evening? How do you personally handle this? Looking forward to hearing your experiences.

When I first started on raw foods, I had to get up more frequently to go to the bathroom at night. It bothered me at first, but then I started to notice that the quality of my sleep was way better. So even though my sleep was interrupted more, I was still sleeping better overall. And two things happen over time the way I understand it. 1. The body adjusts, so you won't need to go as often. 2. The body adjusts, so you won't need to eat as much and therefore, won't need to go as much. It is a mistake to eat less hydrating food in order to compensate. Stick to super juicy and trust in God and the process. I highly recommend the book Born to Run by Christopher McDougal. If you read it and get inspired to start running, you will not have to go to the bathroom as much, especially if you run as much as some of the people in the book.
Question about food combining
Would you eat honeydew melon and papaya at the same meal? (I guess the answer is "no", but I want to be sure). Thanks.

According to my understanding, they are fine to combine because they are both non acidic. Acids are really the problem in food combining. You shouldn't combine acids with each other or other things. I can also say from experience that melons and papayas combine quite well.
Adrenal fatigue ?
Hey, I wanted to have some opinions and tipps on what I am sharing. Like I told on previous posts, since end of April, I was stopped, definitely, to the point of not being able to walk anymore. So many things had happened, that it was difficult to discern. I had lived so much and was so used to push, that I firstly thought that it was maybe an overtraining, since I had never been able to come back to my level of sport. It turned out, that I was quite strong and that looking sincerely on what I had lived (important traumatism and lots of stress to keep going on since a long time) burnout was more obvious. I couldn’t do anything anymore, i barely could eat sleep, sometimes even taking a shower was to report for the next day. I had different symptoms, extreme fatigue, big hunger (a lot and more often), tachycardia etc September I saw a cardiologist that told me the heart was fine and since getting a little better, that I could walk, even that I had to go back to it. I was so so happy, to me not being able to move was the saddest thing ever, also seeing the body going so low and changing physically when you actually was a sportive person, active, eating fruits and vegetables and still eating the same way, just so much while body asking for it and yeah… So since September I began to walk a little bit, but definitely it takes time. I would say that 3km per day is the average. It depends a lot on my women cycle too. I have the impression that ovulation day and week around it is the moment where I usually feel the most exhausted like terrible. But yeah, that is a lot of things, all of this to say that, it was getting better, espacially October I would say. But November felt though! Also due to stress, financial problems and emotionally with all of this and more unbalance came again. I had a shiatsu session where, while I had had my breakfast, I had a sudden low sugar and had to eat refined sugar till going home. And from this point, I had to eat every so frequently. I have a friend that I met not long ago, that also eat 8/1/1, that had experienced adrenal fatigue some years ago, before knowing about 811 that had cured with a grazing method, that meant eating every 1,5 to 2 hours, having in each meal glucose, sodium and potassium, more concretely fruit alongside with lettuce or celery / or potato with salad and lemon juice. This with I think some supplements.

One more thing, before resorting to cooked foods, try adding more greens into your diet, especially in the form of green smoothies because they are a way to get in more greens than you could normally eat. I have heard people say that green smoothies have been the key to ever higher health levels and staying raw. And even people who are not on 80/10/10 love green smoothies and benefit from them.

Eat one pound of greens per day. You might think that will turn you into a cow, but the irony is that if you eat more greens, you will be less tempted to graze because you will be more satisfied. Here is a video you might benefit from: https://youtu.be/CqNPEfu-sAE?si=HoLFHZQgzM_rg79x
Want Suggestions for Smoothies
I have a cheap Oyster brand blender and I use it to blend my Avocado and lime dressing for my big salad for the day. Not sure if it'd be a good one to make smoothies or not but wanted to ask and get suggestions for blenders that would be better especially for chopping up lettuce too. Making and eating my daily salads takes me about 1.5 hours so on days I don't want to spend that much time I was thinking of making a vegetable smoothie. Typically on salad I will do lettuce green or red, hemp seeds, avocado and lime dressing, carrots, red onion, celery, then I'll have one other topping usually cucumber or tomato. Not saying I want to use all of that for a smoothie but just wondering what would taste good. So please provide recipe suggestions if you have any? Thanks. I could add some fruit but I do not want to add any fruit that would make for improper food combining but if that fruit works good with fat like avocado or even nuts or seeds then that'll be fine. I also want to say that I am on a 2500 calorie diet 80/10/10 raw vegan and I'm doing it very simply doing one big salad a day then lots of fruits throughout day. I'm not dehydrating anything nor do I really eat nuts only seeds right now. I'm 6'4.5" and currently weigh 178 and I'm constantly in gym working with Personal Trainer through an App called Kickoff. I am trying to get closer to 170lb so I am working on losing some more body fat before I go to get another Dexafit Testing for BMR, V02 Max, and Body Scan. I've been weightlifting for over a year now working on building muscle and losing fat trying to work towards 10% body fat. If you prefer to offer me your Coaching services those coaches out there then let me know how you can help me via Zoom strategy call or whatever. If you're not a 80/10/10 coach then a recipe suggestion or more than one would be great. Thank you all

The Vita Mix is far better than any other blender as far as I know. And it really doesn't make sense to try to get by with less than the best. I usually put 5 ounces of greens and 1 1/2 pounds of grapes in the blender for a smoothie. And I have 3 or 4 of them.
Question
Are there any 80/10/10 publicly traded companies?
