Help! Could someone please explain about facilities. Our properties have everything they need and even more that they might want and we still are marked down on the category 😳. It's frustrating as not sure how to improve it!
@Sharon Henwood I can sense the frustration but one thing you need to remember is some guest benchmark our properties like it's their home, and when it doesn't match they complain. Don't worry too much, keep responding to the feedback and you will master the game
I tested the market even before staging any properties. I began by identifying all the approved construction applications at the time in my target area, along with the contractors assigned to those projects. I then reached out to key contacts such as company PAs, Project Managers, Facilities Managers and Logistics Managers e.t.c via LinkedIn, starting with an introductory email and following up with a call. From this approach, I secured one lead that converted into a sale, although I had to pass it on to someone else due to capacity constraints. I would advise not starting unless you're confident you can meet the demand. Another helpful strategy is to distribute leaflets at construction sites near your target area. I also understand there's a subscription-based software that provides information on active sites and contact details within a specific area. Hope this helps!
Hi Guys, I am thinking of hiring a visual assistant to increase direct booking and visibility, does this really work for a starter like me, i am just in the process of getting my 2nd property. Any advice will be helpful
@Mel Brown Hi Melissa, see the comment from from one of the VA provider , if you have one or two units I think you should look at optimisation for now and that's what an doing with them and see how it goes to position my units for long term booking. I will keep you posted on what works
