Good morning community! Does anyone in the community have any experience in Property Sourcing and Property Packaging and Property Management? I am wanting to do some extensive and comprehensive training. Does anyone know in then Community, and if yes, how much does the webinar costs? If yes how long how long is the webinar training last for for example al six months, nine months or twelve months? I was told by another trainer that I would need to set myself up as an Estate Agent, be fully compliant, IOC, and I would need full Liability insurance, and other insurances? Does anyone know? Is there anyone in the Community that is a Deal Sourcer, Property Packaging Sourcer, Property Management Sourcer, if yes please share with me where you trained? Who did you study and train with? What’s up guys, now we’re in quiet season (for me anyways) are yous still keeping an empty calendar for possible long-bookings, or are yous accepting the small weekend later down the line that could block your calendars from being seen? Got a 7-17Dec booking, don’t want to accept it just in case I get a longer booking but then again, it is quiet at the moment. What are your thoughts?
