In over 2years, ive got 1st Cancellation/Refund request 🤔

Thoughts please : Monday i somehow got a 1 night none refundable booking (BDC go figure) he also purchased early check in and late checkout. He has just contacted me to cancel his booking, what would you do? Would you refund his upsell extras? 🤔
