Hello everyone I'm glad to be part of this community, shame I didn't found it when I first started back in November last year ,when I secured 3 r2sa flats and failed miserably, and fully trusting deal sourcer with the numbers without proper due diligence myself , but that painful costly lesson only will make me stronger and more responsible in the future. I'm giving the flats back next week and looking start fresh😁😎 I'm living in Welwyn Hertfordshire so if anyone local let's connect . I also planning to look for some r2sa deals upto an 1.5 HR drive from Welwyn. Will have loads of furnitures that needs to go somewhere so would be nice to secure something soon .🙌let's go 💪
