Have any others in here had any glitches when setting up on HMRC? I got so far then it kept telling me I had my DOB wrong - I know I forget things but not that!!

How do you usually negotiate a nightly rate with contractors? Has anyone had experience with this? They’ve asked to extend their stay but said they only have €700 for 11 days. It’s just two contractors staying in a three-bedroom house.

Good evening community How are you this evening? I was wondering if the community can help a newbie out? I want to become a Deal Sourcer and I know from hearing from a recent webinar from another provider that I have to set myself up as an Estate Agent in order to receive the training and certification. Has anyone in the community undertaken any specific training or where please as I am keen to get started. What else do I need to train in to get started? Where are these training programs taking place? Is it online or face to face? I am located in London and Surrey so I can undertake the training program in any of these locations. Please help me get started in Deal Sourcing as this is the strategy that I am keen to get started in first. Can the community help me out? I look forward to the responses and feedback to my request.
