Not just what some geezer said on Facebook 😂 I know there may be alot of changes coming like a 90 day rule nation wide or having a serviced accommodation register like there is for HMO's I just want to make sure I have everything in place that I know ill need in the future if that makes sense 🙂

Hi all, So we currently don't take deposits and haven't had to really over the past 15 months, however over the past month we have had to change & charge guests for at least 4 duvet covers due to pissing on the beds etc. So what are people using and does it put guests off booking with you?

Hey all, Well now have our own SA a little 3 bed, but just wondered what your must haves are to ad to your amenities to attract those longer stays 🙂

If you find a property that is for rent but the photos clearly show it has been set up for SA is this a good sign or a bad one .. does this mean that the property didnt work as an SA or should you explore further as it is set ready to go… what would you thoughts be ? many thanks
