Hi there, does anyone have accountants they can recommend that can deal with setting company up as management company for SA, so that VAT threshold applies on profit and not turnover?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. My landlord has asked me to arrange a fire risk assessment for the property and said I can either use NRLA templates or get a third party to complete one. Has anyone else thought about this. Would you complete the assessment yourself using a template, or did you pay a professional fire risk assessor? I’d really appreciate any guidance on what’s required, what the usual process is. Thanks in advance
