#ThrowbackThursday 🔙 Taking it back to Day 1...
💡 The original idea: When I started this journey, I thought my group would be a strategic hub for driven leaders to collaborate and sharpen their skills. I knew we needed a space to talk growth, but it evolved into something far deeper—a place where we don't just share tactics, but actively build bridges and lift each other up through the highs and lows. 🩹 The problem I wanted to solve: I wanted to solve the isolation that comes with leadership. So many of us are pouring into everyone else - our teams, our clients, our families - but are often running on empty ourselves. I wanted to create a culture where "failing forward" is celebrated and no one has to carry the weight of the vision alone. 🎯 My first goal: Success looked like creating a ripple effect. I wanted to see leaders stepping out of their silos and forming real partnerships. My goal was to prove that we don't have to compete. When we collaborate and support one another, we all rise faster. 🤯 What surprised me: The immediate willingness to give without asking, "What's in it for me?" I expected collaboration, but I didn't expect to see such a fierce commitment to each other's success. It proved that when you create a culture of abundance, you don't just build a network, you build a safety net. 🗣️ What I’d tell past-me: Trust the power of connection. Don't worry about having all the answers yourself; just focus on gathering the right people in the room. The magic isn't in the strategy alone, it's in the bridges you build between people.

Would This Be of Value to You???
The very first day I had the idea for this community, I thought that I would make it possible for people to purchase a pinned post. Then, I started running the community and became a pin hog and felt like I couldn't give up the premium real estate. I wanted everyone who was new to see the Start Here post, and I wanted everyone in the community to see important notifications and hashtag days. But more and more people have been asking for the ability to get their posts pinned to the top for a certain length of time. I also want to keep some of the pinned posts because I think they are important for setting the tone of the community and keeping you apprised of important information, but if I could open up one pinned post spot, what would it be worth to you to have that spot for 48 hours (if anything)? Just to be clear - you would write the post and I would pin it. It would not be coming directly from me. Also please note that if you give a masterclass in the community (as a premium member), I will create my own post promoting your masterclass. Please vote and then share your comments below:

@Shannon Boyer I think it’s a great idea and I really like the mindset of testing new things because that’s how communities evolve. On pricing, I’d see it as something that can grow over time based on data. If pinned posts consistently get a certain number of views, engagement and click throughs, that creates a clearer value and the price can naturally increase. Obviously results would still depend a lot on the quality and relevance of the offer itself!

@Shannon Boyer I'm looking forward to see what skool shares next year to help us understand where traffic comes from (I'm curios to know the tech behind it and how they implement it). In general, technically when sharing things we could use a trackable link so that we get to understand how many people clicked on a link and where. There are many services like bitly or short.io
