Hey In the Carlys Angels Inner Circle, I have just loaded a 10 min standing stretch routine, its for all abilities. This is great to improve/ keep flexibility and on the days when your body feels tight you can do this. BUT WHAT I want to know is... what other content.. videos/ tutorials/ explanations would help you... Go go go!....

Hi all! I’m Claire, a 51 year old mum to two boys with special needs (aged 12 and 17). I live in St Neots, working from home as a business systems architect. I work odd hours so carving out time for myself hasn’t been a priority in the past after my family. However, this is changing with the help of Carly. Looking forward to this journey of (re)self discovery, respect and commitment x
