Hey In the Carlys Angels Inner Circle, I have just loaded a 10 min standing stretch routine, its for all abilities. This is great to improve/ keep flexibility and on the days when your body feels tight you can do this.
BUT WHAT I want to know is... what other content.. videos/ tutorials/ explanations would help you...
