I’ve had some health issues recently and high blood pressure is one of them. After consistently walking over 8k steps a day, drinking no more than 3 x 175ml of wine a week and following the PFF my blood pressure is now healthy
We’ve come down to Poole for a long weekend away. With plenty of walks and dancing, my steps have been great and as eating out a lot, I’ve stuck to the PFF plan as much as I can 💪
