I managed at least a 30 minute intentional walk everyday. Over half before 7.30am. Been consistent with my water. Increasing my water every week. Had quality time with my daughter. Had my ball gown taken in as I’d lost weight. Went thrifting and purchased 9 items and 2 pair of shoes for under £20 💪. had my hair done. Starting to feel the benefits of my shiljait, lions mane, ashwagandha and magnesium.
