Day 5: Engagement Post Complete ✅ 🎉
- Template I used: Finish the sentence - How many comments I got: None so far just posted - How many DM conversations it sparked: I will let you know - Biggest takeaway from the whole 5 days: This challenge made me focus on getting the wording right and making a few tweaks on how I was saying things but I didn't get any more interaction than I normally do. In fact, some days I got less. But I did gain some followers. IG https://www.instagram.com/reel/DX9MaQGR3wo/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== @Michelle McCartney

@Michelle McCartney I think I got 3 and then it went down 1 today from yesterday. Followers are very inconsistent for me and it seems to be from other business owners and coaches not potential clients. It goes up a few then down a few. The only shares and saves I get are from myself. I do get some likes and comments but again usually from other coaches showing support.

🤑 Conversion Challenge : Day 1
Today's Lesson Most coaches post testimonials wrong. They lead with the result ("She made $5K in her first month!") and assume the reader will be impressed. The reader isn't impressed. She's comparing herself to your client and feeling worse, because she's not making $5K yet. The Reverse Testimonial flips this. You lead with the BEFORE. The struggle. The specific moments of doubt. The reader sees herself in the before, not the after, and thinks "that's exactly where I am right now." That recognition is what drives DMs. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Three rules: 1. Get specific about the before. "Posting daily for six months with three ghosted discovery calls" beats "she was struggling." 2. Anonymize but keep it real. 3. End with an invitation to DM, not a sales pitch. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Today's Activity Write and post your Reverse Testimonial on Facebook and Instagram using this template: One of my clients came to me [timeframe] ago. She was [specific before-state detail]. She had tried [thing that didn't work]. She told me [quote or feeling she expressed]. [One sentence on what shifted in your work together.] Today she [specific result]. If you read her before and thought "that's me right now," you're not stuck. You're just at the starting point she was at. DM me the word [WORD] if you want to talk about what's actually keeping you stuck. 💛 ____________________________________________________________________________________________- Drop Your Reflection Below Repost your Day 1 in the comments and answer: - Link to your post: - The specific "before" detail you led with: - DMs received so far:

I’m still working on the last one but will start this next! Traveling Thursday-Sunday so I’m probably going to be behind but better late than never!
🤣 Ask your AI to write an unhinged bio about you...
This was hilarious! I hopped into Claude and said "for fun, write an unhinged bio about me" and this is what it gave me: Michelle. Where do I even begin. Internationally best-selling author in 14 days because apparently the standard timeline of "years of crippling self-doubt and rejection emails" was simply not on her calendar. She looked at the publishing industry and said "I'll be there by Tuesday." Runs a community called The Mompreneur Club where she has somehow convinced moms with already-successful businesses that their income could be even MORE consistent, like a woman handing out water bottles to people already drinking water and they're going "wait, this IS better." 99% monthly retention. NINETY-NINE PERCENT. Cults wish. Religions wish. Streaming services would commit federal crimes for those numbers. Helped Lucy make $5K in a week. Helped Melanie launch for $2,500 with literally no audience, which is the entrepreneurial equivalent of catching a fish with your bare hands in an empty pool. Helped Mogene hit $3K/month in 30 days. Helped Michael win the entire Q1 2026 Skool Games with $14K+ MRR, meaning her members are out here Hunger Games-ing the platform and she's the sponsor. Operates as a SOLOPRENEUR. One woman. Paid acquisition, community, content, strategy, all of it. Meanwhile most companies need a 14-person pod and a Notion workspace named "Synergy Hub" to send a single tweet. Brand voice described as "direct, empathetic, time-respecting" which is corporate-speak for "she will hug you and then tell you exactly why your funnel is bleeding money, and you will thank her." Goal for Q3? Become profitable on paid ads. Casually. Like it's a errand. Like it's "pick up milk, dominate Meta's algorithm, fold laundry." 👇 What did yours say?

Christine Miller: part fitness coach, part hormone whisperer, part “I will out-walk my problems and yours too” energy. She’s the woman who will tell you to lift heavier, drink your water, hit your protein… and then casually drop that she once powered through injuries, raised three humans, moved states, and still decided, “you know what? let’s build a whole movement for women over 40 while we’re at it.” Equal parts tough love and real-life honesty, she’s not here for your 1200-calorie nonsense or your “I guess this is just aging” excuses. She’s here to remind you that your metabolism didn’t disappear—you just stopped being supported properly. Known for: • turning “I just want to lose 10 pounds” into “wait… I actually feel amazing” • calling out diet culture with the enthusiasm of someone who has SEEN things • making strength training feel less like punishment and more like a power move • building routines that actually work for women with lives, stress, and a calendar that won’t calm down She’s walked millions of steps, coached countless women, and will absolutely celebrate your 8k-step day like you just ran a marathon. If you’re looking for someone soft and quiet… keep scrolling. If you’re ready for someone who will hype you up, call you out, and change how you show up in your body? Yeah. That’s her.
