Raw Food Recipe Book
If anyone wants a really good raw food recipe book, I recommend this one: https://www.amazon.com/Am-Grateful-Recipes-Lifestyle-Gratitude/dp/1556436475 I used to go to the resteraunt now and then when I was in California and they take raw food to a new level. I just made the coconut curry soup and it's delicious. It also has the recipes for making raw toast, crackers, and bread using a dehydrator. I think I'll be staying on this diet, so I want to give it all a try.

@Jill Southard They have the most incredible raw deserts recipes. Some of the recipes are a bit involved, for me probably a good weekend thing to do.

I'm dying for potatos and strangely craving meat all of a sudden. Besides that, this seems to be going pretty well. I haven't wanted to eat alot lately, except for today when I decided I was starving. I think my need for food is mostly psychological. I haven't started the parasite part yet - I will be finished with 2 weeks of heavy metals on Saturday and then will start the parasite part. The rash on my leg has been flaring up lately. It's two inches of an ugly red circle which itches. I am wondering what the parasite cleanse part will do to it. There are days where I'm just so relaxed. I've never felt so relaxed. Perhaps it's those magnesium supplements.😁🐶🥰😍🤩

Hello beautiful beings ✨ If aging is a program the body has learned… Then we need to talk about this from a physical level too. Because yes… the body follows instructions. But it also follows its environment. Science will point to Telomeres shortening and say: “That’s why we age.” But what most people don’t realize is… The rate at which this happens is heavily influenced by the condition of your body. Meaning: Your internal terrain matters. If your body is: • Inflamed • Toxic • Mineral deficient • Overloaded with heavy metals • Hosting parasites or dysbiosis Then the body goes into survival mode. And when the body is in survival… It prioritizes protection over repair. This is where: • Faster aging • Cellular breakdown • Hormonal disruption • Low energy Start to happen. So if we’re talking about “reversing the program”… We have to support the body in a way that allows it to come out of survival. Here’s what actually shifts things physically: 1. I got the rebounder and I've been jumping a few minutes a day. I was afraid to jump because the last time I jumped rope I was in so much agony from back issues and I had to crawl to get out of bed. But I've been jumping a little at a time and my back has been okay. Hopefully it will get stronger. The jumping enlivens me!

Let’s talk about “protein” because this is one of the biggest programs people are still holding onto. Most of you have been taught: - you need high protein - you need meat to build muscle - you can’t survive or thrive without it But this is where we need to pause and actually understand what the body is doing. 🧠 What the body ACTUALLY uses The body does not use protein in the form you eat it. 👉 The body uses amino acids Protein is just: ➡️ chains of amino acids linked together So when you eat meat, eggs, or even plant protein powders… Your body has to: 1. break it down 2. convert it into amino acids 3. then rebuild what it actually needs That process takes energy, enzymes, and effort ⚠️ Why animal protein is heavier on the body When you consume meat: - it is dense and acidic - harder to digest - takes longer to break down - creates more metabolic waste 👉 meaning your body has to work harder just to get to the amino acids This is why people often feel: - heavy after eating - sluggish - inflamed over time 🌿 Fruits & vegetables – what’s really happening Fruits and vegetables contain: - amino acids - minerals - structured water - enzymes 👉 in a form that is much easier for the body to access So instead of: “break down → convert → rebuild” It’s more like: 👉 absorb → use Less stress on the system Less waste More efficiency 💪 “But what about muscle?” This is where the biggest myth comes in. You do NOT build muscle from “protein” alone. You build muscle from: - amino acids - minerals - proper cellular function - nervous system regulation - and your body actually being able to UTILIZE what you give it There are plenty of people building muscle on plant-based diets because the body: 👉 uses what it can absorb, not what you overload it with 🧬 The deeper layer (this matters) If your body: - isn’t absorbing properly - is inflamed - has gut issues Then it doesn’t matter how much “protein” you eat

All we have to do is look at nature - take the elephant for example. I'm really digging the raw vegan. There are a few things I miss, but the sight of meat is really starting to disgust me.
