The way I needed this post TODAY of all days. I just keep reminding myself to not despise small beginnings. I am in no rush to "make it" because I'm not mentally prepared. Side B to what you've written is who you became through all of those experiences. When you had to manage the 500 person event, you were ready because you and your team were preparing, tweaking, and learning from all of those smaller events. That prep mentally matters more than anything to me right now.

Just me, my laptop, and my track record of building a multi–seven-figure business from the ground up. If I had to start all over today, here’s exactly how I’d rebuild—to hit $500K in 6 months and $1 million within 12 months. This isn’t theory. This is strategy with receipts. And whether you’re just starting or restarting, this will work for any service-based expert—especially if you’re selling to companies. Step 1: Build a Tiered Offer That’s Easy to Sell and Scale Before anything else, I’d build one core offer with three strategic tiers. No piecemeal pricing. No “custom” everything. Just clear packaging that solves a real problem. Here’s what it looks like: 1. Sales Strategy Audit→ Analyze the company’s current process, people, and pipeline 2. Sales Team Training→ Virtual or on-site sessions customized to the audit results 3. Licensing & Ongoing Curriculum→ Retainer or white-labeled curriculum with quarterly optimization The base investment? $25,000 minimum - $10K down, $15K post-delivery - Top tier could easily hit $40K–$60K, especially with licensing Want to know how to make $1M with this offer? Just sell 40 packages at $25K each. That’s it. That’s 3–4 clients a month and you’re there in a year. Step 2: Wrap That Offer in a Framework That Sells You can’t just have a service. You need a signature system that makes it easy for people to understand the how behind your wow. If my topic is sales, I’d brand a 3–5 step framework for building high-performance sales teams. This becomes the basis of: - My live events - My content - My pitches - My presentations Framework = confidence for the buyer. Framework = authority for the seller. Step 3: Build a Target List of 100 Companies (With Strategy) I’d go after 100 companies with at least 100 people on their sales team—because I know they: - Have the budget - Have the problem - Need the solution I sell

We are way too sensitive right now. Too defensive. Too quick to protect our feelings—even if it costs us the truth. But here’s the danger: That mindset kills growth. It stalls businesses. My coach definitely gives it to me straight, no chaser. Trainings + Custom GPT
Hey y'all! So, the other day I was looking for the customer GPT. @Ashley Kirkwood stopped by to tell me that I could only have access if I was paid member (which I am). Once I remembered that, I jumped over to the FB group, read through a few things, and boom...I signed back into my training (that I had not completed 😑) Anyway, today, I made up in my mind that I would get through as many as I could, be focused, take notes etc. The results: I jammed through 4 of the trainings, found the custom GPT, created my 3 tier offer, created the 60 questions using my new content pillars for LinkedIn, created a content calendar for the month of June, and lastly created the voice note pitch I will use for my warm market. I WAS WORKING TODAY Y'ALL! LOL! Now, tomorrow, I will be working on the numbers I want to hit for the month, plus my activity goals. I'm finally getting out of my OWN way and it feels good. Thanks for the push, Ashley! :)
