If I Had to Rebuild My Multi–Seven-Figure Business From Scratch—Here’s EXACTLY What I’d Do
#longpost but there’s #GOLD in here!! ⬇️⬇️
Let’s say everything’s gone.
No brand. No list. No followers. No team.
Just me, my laptop, and my track record of building a multi–seven-figure business from the ground up.
If I had to start all over today, here’s exactly how I’d rebuild—to hit $500K in 6 months and $1 million within 12 months.
This isn’t theory. This is strategy with receipts.
And whether you’re just starting or restarting, this will work for any service-based expert—especially if you’re selling to companies.
Step 1: Build a Tiered Offer That’s Easy to Sell and Scale
Before anything else, I’d build one core offer with three strategic tiers.
No piecemeal pricing. No “custom” everything. Just clear packaging that solves a real problem.
Here’s what it looks like:
  1. Sales Strategy Audit→ Analyze the company’s current process, people, and pipeline
  2. Sales Team Training→ Virtual or on-site sessions customized to the audit results
  3. Licensing & Ongoing Curriculum→ Retainer or white-labeled curriculum with quarterly optimization
The base investment? $25,000 minimum
  • $10K down, $15K post-delivery
  • Top tier could easily hit $40K–$60K, especially with licensing
Want to know how to make $1M with this offer?
Just sell 40 packages at $25K each. That’s it.
That’s 3–4 clients a month and you’re there in a year.
Step 2: Wrap That Offer in a Framework That Sells
You can’t just have a service. You need a signature system that makes it easy for people to understand the how behind your wow.
If my topic is sales, I’d brand a 3–5 step framework for building high-performance sales teams.
This becomes the basis of:
  • My live events
  • My content
  • My pitches
  • My presentations
Framework = confidence for the buyer.
Framework = authority for the seller.
Step 3: Build a Target List of 100 Companies (With Strategy)
I’d go after 100 companies with at least 100 people on their sales team—because I know they:
  • Have the budget
  • Have the problem
  • Need the solution I sell
I’d:
  • Identify 3 decision-makers at each company
  • Connect with them on LinkedIn
  • Use Apollo.io or hire someone on Fiverr to get their emails
  • Follow up with direct outreach + valuable content
That’s 300 warm leads in 30 days.
Step 4: Go Live Every Day and Build a Content Engine
Content is your new cold call.
I’d go LIVE daily using StreamYard to hit:
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • Instagram
At the end of every live, I’d say:
“If you’re leading a sales team and want training support, drop your email or DM me and we’ll book a strategy call.”
I’d repurpose those lives into short-form clips, newsletter gems, and quotes for carousels. The content flywheel would run daily.
Step 5: Host a Monthly Event to Drive Sales Conversations
Every single month, I’d host a high-value virtual training for leads and warm contacts.
Here’s the structure:
  • Invite 500 people
  • Aim for 100–200 to attend
  • Teach → Build trust → Pitch my framework
Then I’d say:
“I work with only 4 companies per month because of how deep our custom research and implementation goes. If you want to be one of them, book a call.”
I’d treat it like a launch—monthly.
Step 6: Build Weekly Authority With a Sales Newsletter
Forget boring email marketing.
Each week, I’d send out:
  • A bold sales insight
  • A hot take on sales team mistakes
  • One quick tip they could try immediately
That positions me as the go-to. And that’s the goal.
Step 7: Focus on LinkedIn + YouTube (Because Corporates Are Watching)
If I’m selling to corporate decision-makers, LinkedIn and YouTube are my top priorities.
I’d post daily on LinkedIn and build a YouTube channel with:
  • Case studies
  • Training clips
  • Behind-the-scenes of my framework
  • Commentary on sales trends
Corporate clients buy from thought leaders. So I’d position myself like one.
Step 8: Publish a Book Within 12 Months
By the one-year mark, I’d release a book.
Not just to say I wrote one, but because:
  • A book builds authority
  • It opens doors to speak
  • It creates evergreen leads
Even if it’s 80 pages, if it’s packed with value, it works.
Final Word: This Plan Works If You Do
Here’s the truth:
  • You don’t need 1,000 offers.
  • You don’t need to be everywhere.
  • You don’t need a massive team.
You need:
  • One strong offer
  • One clear framework
  • A focused content and outreach plan
  • And consistency
Know your Topic, Target, Pitch, and Platform—and move.
That’s it. That’s the blueprint.
