Dear Community, i need your help to protect the roof over my and my daughter's head. I find myself in a complex positions so ill try to simplify it as much as i can so you can get a picture and help me with some ideas/strategies: 1. i live in a social housing (Places for People - english corporation with a Scottish branch Castle Rock Edinvar) 2. in September last year i issued an official complaint and withdrew rent payments for the duration of time the issue persist as compensation for substandard living due to excessive black mould and dampens in the bathroom which was a result of faulty bath installation (Awaab's law now being introduced in Scotland slowly); followed by another complaints to CEO in January which moved things within 1,5 months the bathroom was repaired; 3. they've breached the contract of not providing safe house and timely repairs and i broke it by withdrawing my payment although i do have a close in the contract that i may do so if they fail, contract also says that they will keep my data protected, and they didn't; 4. it took them 6 months to get the repairs done and with official letter them admitting to not following their own complaints procedures offering me £400 compensation which i refused in the light of health implications; 5. they've passed my details to Walker Lowe Messengers-at-arms Sheriff Officers, who came to my property and left letters of 'Notice of Proceedings for Recovery of Possessions' with threats of legal proceeding of eviction 6. they have ignored the health and safety standards and refused to conduct the air test quality test, which i have done eventually and it came out as highly toxic environment; 7. me and my daughter have health issues but no doctor wants to sign the paper that it is caused by the mould toxicity and no compensation solicitors would take it up due to lack of such declaration 8. i fall under 'vulnerable people' in 3 accounts (woman, single mother and immigrant) and they failed their duty of care;
