Prepayment Meters
Hi all.
I was moved to Octopus energy when my old supplier supposed went bump. This was three years ago and I haven't acknowledged any correspondence from them. Last week they remotely changed my meter to a prepayment meters. They are now adding over 9k alleged "debt" to these meters. Is there anything I can do or is it too late and it's a done deal?
