Part 3 sprouts
This week I was processing through some difficult and tragic circumstances involving some people i know well. It caused a lot of heaviness for me mentally to the point where I felt overwhelmed. Processing and releasing these burdens through the epic30 exercise helped me to let go of the outcome and to provide love and support instead of gossip, shame, or guilt or even offering advice when they didn't ask for it. How do you process tragic or difficult things that you or your loved ones go through? A deadly disease. Marriage or relationship problems. A tragic death. And so many other things that can cause heaviness and an emotional and mental breakdown. Do you gossip? Run to your phone and talk to as many people as possible about it? Offer advice when its not asked for? Do you shut down emotionally? Or become overwhelmed? Releasing my burdens to Papa and than getting a different perspective from him before I go talk to anyone has helped me to process tragedy or difficult circumstances in a healthy way. This was my verse this week and I'm clinging to that every day as if my life depends on it. It has helped me to clear my mind and to focus on LIFE. #epic30

Hi, My name is Caleb Plank, I currently live near Clarkrange Tennessee, along with my Wife Edna, I want to get these things from the Comnection DNA course and this community, 1. I want to learn more about time management, 2. I want to be more disciplined in the way I live and operate. (Be intentional with finances and time) 3. I want to grow in our marriage, to have an epic Marriage and life and relationship with My Heavenly Father, and grow in my MVP. For fun I like to do outdoor things, hiking, photography, making videos, hunting, fishing, grilling, and volleyball. Going on walks with my wife. Something interesting about me is that I have two YouTube channels, here is one of them. https://youtube.com/@Plankmills?si=k30LB3ehE7mSe3LL The other one is Called: Plank Roofing. This picture is us sitting on the very bench where our relationship began ( where she officially became my girlfriend) Outside a coffee shop in Texas.

Choosing Accountability Over Excuses
Hey folks, Today I'm sharing something that's been on my mind and heart lately - it's like I'm preaching to myself here! You just get to be a fly on the wall during this little pep talk I'm giving myself. You see, I've come to realize how excuses can be sly, often offering us a false justification for unpleasant situations. But I've learned that when I humbly accept that I don't have all the answers and take responsibility for my actions, I can count on God to support me. So, I'm shifting my perspective. Instead of making excuses, I'm working to take responsibility and hold myself accountable. This means acknowledging my actions and circumstances, accepting the consequences, and actively seeking solutions or making amends. It's all about demonstrating ownership, upholding integrity, and being open to learn and grow from my experiences. I hope my little self-sermon resonates with some of you out there. Let's ditch those excuses and embrace personal growth together!

Good stuff!!
Agreements
Your belief about anything is followed by action. Your beliefs about something can be concious or unconscious. They are usually formed through culture, personal experience or through words and actions of others that caused you to form an "agreement " with something. Therefore, it becomes a belief. Sometimes we have to break an agreement with something that we have believed about ourselves, family, God, money, children, marriage, dating, ect ( anything in life or that you've been effected by) in order to change our actions. If what I am currently doing is not working ( no matter what it is) its time to change my beliefs. To change my beliefs means becoming aware of what I believe about certain things. It is helpful to write it out. If my beliefs are not beneficial for me or anyone else, I take responsibility and choose to forgive the people, including myself, that have negatively shaped or impacted my beliefs. I will than verbally declare truth over myself and choose to create a new story or belief that is beneficial for everyone, including myself. Beneficial beliefs will help you take positive action and create good cycles that will bless others. This is one way to #epicyourlife #3.1 - Agreements2.0: Triggers -2- Triumph #awareness #freedom

That’s so vital to growth! The definition of insanity is Doing the same things and expecting different results. If you don’t like the results your getting you have to change what your doing.
