Agreements
Your belief about anything is followed by action.
Your beliefs about something can be concious or unconscious. They are usually formed through culture, personal experience or through words and actions of others that caused you to form an "agreement " with something. Therefore, it becomes a belief.
Sometimes we have to break an agreement with something that we have believed about ourselves, family, God, money, children, marriage, dating, ect ( anything in life or that you've been effected by) in order to change our actions.
If what I am currently doing is not working ( no matter what it is) its time to change my beliefs.
To change my beliefs means becoming aware of what I believe about certain things. It is helpful to write it out. If my beliefs are not beneficial for me or anyone else, I take responsibility and choose to forgive the people, including myself, that have negatively shaped or impacted my beliefs. I will than verbally declare truth over myself and choose to create a new story or belief that is beneficial for everyone, including myself.
Beneficial beliefs will help you take positive action and create good cycles that will bless others.
