Morning- all the coffee Lunch- nothing Feeling- I had a muscle milk that I was supposed to drink but never actually did. I just didn’t want to eat. I had no desire. Dinner 6:15pm : In-laws 2 bacon wrapped chicken tenderloins with sugar free bbq sauce Calories : 212 Carbs: 8g One cup of oven roasted brussel sprouts Calories: 115 Carbs: 5g Feeling- I always eat with my in-laws. My mother in law is a very healthy eater which means there is usually a clean and safe option for dinner. This makes it easier to eat and feel good. She always has dessert for the girls- I opt for a hot tea. Will do my 2 Miles with my vest when I get home Fun fact- I walked 3.75 miles in my classroom today while my class did their state testing. WILD!
