Fancy lunch
Tuesdays work site lunch fancy edition. French toast like chaffles. With Swiss cheese and medium Ware beef tenderloin, sliced thin and some sliced turkey roll ups not in the picture cause I ate them already and hard-boiled egg. What kind of medium boiled I ate those too. Sorry I’ve been slacking. I have a bunch of pictures I’ve been taking, but I keep forgetting to post. Lol let me know what you think.

Big salad
Here are a couple big salads I’ve had for the last week. As I get used to taking pictures of what I’m eating and trying to get them uploaded in a timely manner between work and life mostly work not much life lol i’ll get better at posting them in a more timely fashion AnyWho critique away.

Here it goes! Hope everyone is having a good year! First of all, thank you Romano for this opportunity! I'm learning a lot here! 1. INNER NARRATIVE BUILDING: I’m at college right now, 3 years into Law studies, with 2 more years to finish and become a lawyer. This was disruptive for me because, since I was 15 years old, I was an IT guy, with tons of courses and MBAs in the IT area.So, one main theme for me is to really start taking Law studies seriously, because right now it seems that life is just flying by, and I look back and don’t remember anything, even being the student with the highest grades in my class. Another theme is the study of the Bible and books about the Bible. I’m a Jesus follower, and sometimes I preach, but every time I sit down to study, I seem to struggle a lot. The last theme is health and the keto subject. In this theme, I would like to expand and test new advanced things, because I already have a really nice foundation. 2. TANGIBLE TARGETS IN SIGHT: - Study the law course consistently and find some way to fall in love with it. I know it’s the right path for me, and that’s why this is hard. The target would be to achieve the same confidence that I had when I was an IT professional, and to pass the test for a new job in the law area. - Study the Bible and related books consistently, for spiritual development and to increase my preaching skills. - Reach 82 kg with 11% body fat, something I have never reached. Today I’m 78/79 kg with 13/14% body fat. 3. IDENTIFYING AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT / AUDITING YOUR DEFAULT BEHAVIOURS: There are some areas that are a struggle for me, even to write here, but it is playing electronic games. I used to be addicted to it since I was 15 years old; right now I’m 39 years old. This year was a very difficult year in my marriage, but I didn’t play the entire year, from January until December 15. But on December 15, I started again, and this has consumed me once more. That’s the only thing that can even make me stop doing the keto and gym things.

Bulletproof coffee - mct oil & grassfed butter (not pictured) Black coffee Pancakes - almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, sea salt, cinnamon. Toppings- grassfed butter, Sugar free chocolate chips, sugar free powdered sugar, walnuts, almond butter, a splash of sugar free coffee creamer (unfortunately, I didn’t have any sugar free syrup so I got creative!)
