I hugged strangers. Can't wait to do it again. 😍
NON CLASSIFIEDS RELATED [hope this is okay] Yesterday I attended our Skoolers IRL Meetup hosted by @Sam Greiner and her guy Brian. And I got to meet someone in person that I befriended on Skool - my deary @Nadia Quraishi 😍 We giggled like HS girls about how our husbands were all like "you're going to meet WHO at WHERE and for WHAT?" because Skool is still new to us and our families and re-explaining is going to be a thing for a while, and that's OKAY! But yesterday highlighted the importance of getting in the room with people who understand what you’re trying to achieve. It was a room where your why didn’t need to be explained. We shared, we asked, we advised, we brainstormed, we compared notes, we celebrated, and we hugged. New Jerseyans are huggers. 😆 It was so dope to be in the room with other Skoolers who immediately understood. Our group topics were so different. The age ranges and backgrounds were diverse, which made it even more beautiful. My dopamine is still on high, and I’m already looking forward to the next one. If you are open to IRL - join your local Skool IRL group and meet some people who just get it. 💫 C

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

@Tracey Giannuzzi Hi Tracey!! Oohhh rural Florida. What's that like?
Can I drop a tip even though I don't have authority yet?
I should NOT be talking considering I don't have videos in my community in the way that I should but..... I like to lurk in here - like a lot 🤭 And something I noticed is that some ABOUT pages have videos - which I love - BUT their videos are not formatted for the platform i.e their tall instead of wide. Soooooooo the auto thumbnails are weird. That is all. Just something I noticed and wanted to mention cause I want you all to win win win win win. Happy Fri-yay Ya'll!

The Biggest Virtual Assistant Myth… VAs SAVE you money 😳
A lotta people think hiring a Virtual Assistant is supposed to save them lots of money. [The hire a VA for $3/hour is so not the vibe, btw] Here’s the deal ⤵️ VAs don’t save you money on the tasks. They save you money on everything you never see as a line item when hiring them ⤵️ No office overhead. No benefits package. No “we’ll train her” chaos. Most VAs come in already knowing more about some of your systems than you do, and yes, they will absolutely end up teaching you how to run aspects of your own business better. People say, “But $20–$40/hr is expensive.” Really? Compared to what? Buying a desk, a laptop, onboarding manuals, HR paperwork, workers comp, training time, benefits, and pretending you know how to manage someone full-time? >insert eye roll< But the BIGGEST SAVE hiring a skilled and talent VA gives you: TIME! A legit Virtual Assistant costs less to support, less to train, and zero to babysit. And the time they give you back is the part that actually makes you money. Inefficient support drains you slowly. 📣 Professional support pays you back loudly 📣 If you actually want to see how VAs work, the kind who show up like pros, ready to work, with partnership in mind, come check out the Hire a VA community. You’ll never want to look for “cheap support” again.

Who is choosing a word of the year?
I'll be honest, I was reluctant to jump on the word of the year bandwagon. 2026 will be the 4th year in a row that I've chosen a word of the year and I am now EXCITED about my word of the year! I can look back at the 3 words from past years and see the trajectory of my business and this year feels super aligned. I'll share... but I want to hear from you!
