You don’t get jacked by lifting the same weight forever… You grow by adding more “books to the backpack” 📚🎒💪🏽 More reps. More load. Better execution. And by execution I mean real reps: Deep range Full control Proper tempo. Not half repping and bouncing around like a pogo stick! Stack the progress over time and low and behold… your body adapts, it grows. But if your nutrition, recovery, and consistency aren’t on point. It’s like loading a backpack with air. Looks full. Weighs nothing. Pointless. Progressive overload isn’t sexy. It’s not a hack. It’s just the truth.

That $18 granola still had 800 calories in the bowl! 😱 Chocolate doesn’t make you fat. Neither does pizza, peanut butter, or granola… It’s eating too much of it that does or any food for that matter. It’s not just what you eat, it’s how much you eat! Fat loss comes down to one thing: Creating an energy deficit ✅ Some foods are just easier to overeat than others they taste amazing, but don’t fill you up. That’s why tracking matters. Haha, great vid, so true man. I can relate, especially in the consuming too many fats. Getting better at planning and adhering to the plan has been a big one for me.

Let’s be honest, most of these viral recipes aren’t getting made. You save them. You forget them. And even if you do make them… It’s a letdown. It’s effort > enjoyment. Like thinking you pulled a 10 in Thailand… only to realise it’s not what it seemed 🤷🏼‍♂️ Here’s the truth: You rotate the same 10-12 meals. You like simple. And the basics work, if you know how to build them right. Stop wasting time thinking about food 24/7. You can eat the real thing. You can get lean. You can enjoy your meals. It’s just not going to happen from a TikTok lasagna waffle. Look, we’re not anti-recipe. We just know what works: Simple. Tasty. High-protein. Easy to prep. Shit you’ll actually make more than once.
