• Control every rep, no swinging, especially the lengthening phase. • Stay stable with a solid base, avoid shrugging into the traps. •Treat it like a push from the elbows, not a pull from the hands. • Palms slightly down, hands no higher than shoulders. • Add a small forward lean to maximise the stretch. • Tip and turn at the top for better delt engagement. • Progress by adding reps, load, or sets over time.
