Any tips to logging food and meal ideas? Other than be consistent and just do it! 🫣 This is my biggest problem

Ughhhhhh I still hate tracking after years of doing it 🤣 My main tip is to eat mostly the same things every day. Also, I’ve recently started to pre-track everything for the day so I know how much I have left or need to eat for supper!

I just prepped a bunch of chicken breast and portioned it out to put on salads and to make quick meals with! Might just do chicken and rice or chicken enchiladas this week 😛
Daily win
Today I came down with a stomach bug however I didn’t let that stop me from focusing on water intake. So that’s my daily win, however small it may be, is that I still hit my one gallon of water intake along with some electrolytes to help balance what I am losing.

I definitely have days when I struggle with water and really have to push it! I’ll be like “ok I gotta chug this!” 😂
