How to have AI only respond from one dedicated number?
How can I make sure my AI only responds from the business/primary number via SMS, instead of using other assigned numbers? Here’s what I’ve tried so far: - Unassigning the user from the contact when the AI is triggered → didn’t work. I was told by a representative that the AI replies from the last number the contact responded to. The issue is that our employees also use their own assigned numbers for personal client communication, and we want those to remain separate. Only the business number should be tied to automation. Question: What’s the workaround to force AI responses to always come from the primary business number? Is there one?
