I have seen daemon do dips in a different form like half dips not locking out is it good for triceps ? And how to do it?

First day query
set 1- 12 Set2- 7 Set3- 5 Set4- 4 Set5-4 This way my rep count for my first day with the 5 sets thingy. What do u think of it guys is this solid or do I need to make any changes?

What are you training for? If endurance or muscle you should try drop sets, Emom, reps to failure According to how many reps you can do(max reps)
