Good for muscle hypertrophy?
Guys I was thinking of starting the 100 reps routine basically for push ups do 10 reps in first set and then go on same with pull ups but i will aik for 25 total reps and do 5-6 reps in each set and drop drop on reps when I get on the 3rd or 4th rep is this method good for muscle hypertrophy its from the video my advice for teens trying to get big

Guys i just read the muscle building guide 5 sets of push ups and pull ups to failure ok. But if I can do this comfortably should I add weights or just keep on doing this till failure

But is 5 sets a good number or should I decrease or increase it? I don't know how to progressive overload with this method should I add weights when my first set rep reaches 12 reps or all of my set reaches 12 reps?

So I can do 12 reps for pull ups so that means I fail at 12 reps so I will add so much weight that I fail at 9 reps and then progress till I fail at 12 reps again with that weight is that correct?
First day query
set 1- 12 Set2- 7 Set3- 5 Set4- 4 Set5-4 This way my rep count for my first day with the 5 sets thingy. What do u think of it guys is this solid or do I need to make any changes?

Im training for muscle I can do 12 reps max for pull ups and 15 max for push ups

I have seen daemon do dips in a different form like half dips not locking out is it good for triceps ? And how to do it?
