What should I do if all my friends are going to the gym and making visible progress, but I donโt enjoy the gym and prefer calisthenics, even though it seems like my progress is slower?
I think everyone has a story. Mine was that I wanted to be more confident and have more defined arms haha. How about y'all boys? What got you into training? And also a side questions, do you guys also teach other how to work out? Like some sort of coaching?
i started training because i always keep getting called skinny and weak but im still skinny and weak but i can do more pushups and still no pullups, 2 months of work
