Just wanted to share a small success experience regarding importance of taking ownership while at professional job or doing personal work. We usually have morning meetings at job on daily basis where we discuss agenda of the past day achievement vs planned, the problems we faced, brainstorming solutions, root causes scenarios and the improvement strategies to avoid the failures in future. It was the moment when one of my colleague highlighted that the past day achievement was a record in the month and all of a sudden other colleagues started to applaud for you that i really didn't expect. Obviously that was a collective effort, but the moment was very memorable for me because i took the ownership of the project and lead the team efficiently without actually knowing the outcome. Most of us will relate these type of events where a small work can be beneficial for us if it is done with full ownership and that is exactly the lessons teaches us in this forum.

Started the 2nd step of video series. The 1st topic is about the "personal growth and Self transformation", below are the key take aways: 1. The learning model has been designed in such a way so that members learn actively by practicing the lectures and engage in a group discussion. (the pyramid of learning) 2. Practice your brain by repetitive positive thinking and be mindful in all ways of thoughts. 3. Avoid negative thinking. 4. Learn from the failures that we face in day-to-day life. 5. Breakdown the milestone into small steps to achieve in less time. 6. Take full responsibility of everything in your life and improve your mindset not to blame others but learn from the mistake that has been done from the situation.

So, this lecture gave me an overview of what we are going to study and implement. If I am going to follow this (upto my capacity), I surely will be a better person than current and I will learn how to handle problems in life with Patience.

Understand the rules of community such as checking ins and posting daily journals. 11. Maintain the tone of positivity and respect for everyone’s point of view, 12. Don’t use the community for promoting products or ads. 13. Avoid creating spam posts. 14. Be visible for unlocking leaderboard courses. 15. To level up in the leaderboard, we need to engage in the community in the best possible way. 16. Make the post related to topics like successful stories, sharing personal experiences, valuable services, practical advises etc. 17. The most important part is not to skip the learning pillar of this system that might result in not accessing the future levels. 18. Lastly, the target is to get the paid projects and build the partnership and trust with the team.
