Daily Journal (Day 12) 4th May,2026
. Sleep: 4 00 am to 8 30 am . 8 30 to 10 00: nashta, ready for uni, left for uni at 10 .10 30 to 12 :30: attended university class, back to hostel at 1, made noodles for myself, used phone and then a bit work and slept at 2 30 Pm . Woke up at 5 45 Pm, ironed my clothes and went to my Khala's house with my brother. . Had gap shap with them, had dinner, then chai . . At 9 Pm, me and my cousin watched movie, meanwhile i was anxious for my pending tasks, . At 11 45 Pm , i decided to do an assignment, so i did and submitted it. . Made plan for my next assignment and turned off my laptop. Then scrolled social media to avoid my anxiety and will sleep in a while. A lot of prayers needed from you guys.(I shall be very thankful).
Daily Journal (Day 11) 3rd May,2026
. Slept at 3 Am, woke up at 12 : 30 Pm . Fresh hoi, bed set kiya, laptop open kiya or usy software installation py lga diya . Had breakfast at 1: 30 Pm, bahir se kch cheezain le kr aayi, then kch dair susti ki, phr laptop py kaam shuru kiya, kch hi dair mn AI ki limit khtm ho gai or mera kaam whin ruk gya, Then I started another assignment, but thought to continue wgen the Ai limit restores. . At 3 Pm, attended skool lecture, posted notes . 4 Pm to 5 30 Pm: Rest a bit, mbile and then meditation Lecture by Nemrah Ahmad, made notes of that lecture and then at 5 30 continued my work on assignment. . At 8 Pm: had dinner, went for chai with my friends, returned hostel at 9 15. Started my work again at 9 30 Pm and completed my assignment till 2 Am(it was so long, but Alhamdullilah) . Now, writing journal at 3 am, will go to sleep now and have to wake up early due to University. Tomorrow's task: . Make a list to of to do task on diary and at the end of day, go through the completed and incomplete tasks .

Superpower of Surrendering (Mental Mastery)
So, from today's lesson I learnt: . Har kaam mn apni ego na laao, apko kesy ilm mil rha hai usko avail kro, "Jb b ilm hasil krny ksi mehfil mn dakhil hon (mehfil physical ya online koi b ho skti hai) to apny zehn k kashkool(apny points, views) ko khaali krky aao, or wo seekho jo wo sekha rhy hain." (These lines are by my fav Writer❤️) To agr koi bnda apko koi sahi baat bta rha to us se sekkho, uski maan lo, apni ego darmiyan mn na laao k apko sab pta hai, learning k time khud ko beginner consider krain, ziada se ziada seekhain, Baaton ko reframe krain, logon se active communication krain. It will benefit you alot.

Journal day 1 - May 2, 2026.
⏰ Sleep Log • Sleep: 3:30 AM • Wake: 1:00 PM • Total Sleep: 9.5 hours 🕒 Time Log 1:00 PM to 3:10 PM Got up, did stretching, dead hang for 1 minute, made bed, got fresh, brushing, then drank water, cut and ate fruits (1 peach + melon + cucumber), then took an omega 3 capsule and walked in room, practicing gratitude and affirmations, ate breakfast (chicken pulao), watching video by Dr. Joe Dispenza and then walked again in room, completing the video. Then sat to write today's goals and tasks on diary. Started strong with routine and mindfulness. ✨🍉 3:10 PM to 3:35 PM Journaling, affirmations, writing today's tasks. Organized and focused mindset. 📓✍️💚 3:35 PM to 5:25 PM Read book (20 minutes) The Way of the Superior Man, spent time with family, did 10 + 15 + 10 chest to bar pull-ups, 2 weighted pull-ups (30 kg). Productive and balanced. 📚💪❤️ 5:25 PM to 6:30 PM Did meditation (25 minutes), spent time with family. Calm and grounded. 🧘✨🕊️ 6:30 PM to 8:10 PM Came on desk and started working on creating thumbnails, updated sheet with video links, provided updates in the group, uploaded video on Haroon Bhai YouTube channel and created A/B testing for titles and thumbnails, scheduled it for tomorrow. Downloaded another video for publishing on YouTube, took out its transcript and crafted title for the video. Deep work mode, getting things done. 🎨💻🔥 8:10 PM to 9:30 PM Went to hospital with mother for physiotherapy session, sat there and worked on creating better thumbnail. Productive even while waiting. 🏥💪📱 9:30 PM to 10:05 PM Arrived home, spent some time with family, scrolled Instagram for a bit (20 minutes). Relaxed but slightly distracted. 🏠📱😌 10:05 PM to 11:45 PM Walked on roof for 30 minutes, gratitude practice, went for a market run, ate dinner (daal roti + 250 gm of yogurt + handful of peanuts), exploring community. Active and mindful evening. 🚶🌙🍽️ 11:45 PM to 12:30 AM Did journaling on diary about daily activities and how to utilize time better, created a daily routine by stacking habits to make things easier to carry out every day.

How much Allah loves you(Mental Mastery)
So, here is what I learned from today's lecture: .Allah loves you more than 70 mothers, can you imagine the love of your mother, can you, not at all if you are not mother yet, we can think k bilkl hmari mothers ko hum se bht mhbt hai, wo hmara boht khyal rkhti hain, hmari cheezon ka, hnari khawhishat ka, hmary emotions ka, but we can't feel it. It's the love of one mother but Allah loves us more than 70 womens(not 70), Ye phrase sun sun k hmary mind is phrase k liye blind ho gae hain k acha Allah g krty hon gy itny muhbt, but think for a second k wo apny har bndy se itni muhbt krty hain, hm gunah krain jo marzi krain, hmari mother hmy opr se daant lain gi, naraz ho jain gi, lkn wo kbhi hm se us trh naraz nhi hon gi...wo to phr hmary Raab hain, wo hmy kesy tanha kr skty hain, He is with us, He kept loving us hmary gunah ko ignore krky, He is ours and we belong to Him❤️ . We should seek positivity in our every act, har cheez mn behtari hoti hai, hmara har step, har move Allah talah ny decide kiya hoa hai, just trust Him... Or uska har step py shukr ada kro...subh utho ,shukr kro, kch khao to shukr kro, ksi ki madad kro to shukr kro k Allah ki madad se ap itny qabil hain k ap ksi ki madad krain, ksi se madad lo to shukr kro k is insan ky through Allah ny apki madad ki....Be greatful for what you have❤️ Your Rab is with you, is barh k aur kia chahiye ❤️
