Just wanted to share a small success experience regarding importance of taking ownership while at professional job or doing personal work.
We usually have morning meetings at job on daily basis where we discuss agenda of the past day achievement vs planned, the problems we faced, brainstorming solutions, root causes scenarios and the improvement strategies to avoid the failures in future.
It was the moment when one of my colleague highlighted that the past day achievement was a record in the month and all of a sudden other colleagues started to applaud for you that i really didn't expect.
Obviously that was a collective effort, but the moment was very memorable for me because i took the ownership of the project and lead the team efficiently without actually knowing the outcome.
Most of us will relate these type of events where a small work can be beneficial for us if it is done with full ownership and that is exactly the lessons teaches us in this forum.
