The moment he stopped doubting himself and committed to making it happen—everything changed. ✅ Dropped from 103kg / 227lbs → 86kg / 189lbs while building lean muscle. ✅ Stayed consistent even with minimal sleep as a new parent. ✅ Mastered habits, nutrition, and training in a way that fit his lifestyle. The biggest key? He focused on what he COULD control. Not perfection. Not unrealistic routines. Just small, consistent wins stacked over time. 🎯 PB Secured - 1:28:28 What a morning… Stick to the plan, and the results will come. Hands down the best race I’ve ever run—actually sticking to the pacing plan and running negative splits throughout the entire race… ❌ NOT GO OUT TOO FAST - Like I have done in the past It wasn’t luck. It wasn’t just “digging deep.” It was trusting the process, executing the plan, and showing up when it mattered. For weeks, every session had a purpose. Every run, every lift, every recovery day was leading to this moment. But what made today even more special? Sharing the experience with some great friends and feeling the energy from everyone who came out to support. The atmosphere was unreal, and I can’t thank you all enough for the kind messages I’ve received on here. 💡 Lesson? Success isn’t about guessing—it’s about having a plan and following through.
