🎯 Firstly have the baby and start to navigate a very new routine (or lack of routine!). I've always been a planner so starting to learn to be more comfortable not being in control of everything. 🎯 Post partum recovery - not putting too much pressure on myself but start building up core strength & steps again ahead of the New Year. Ready to get into a full fat loss phase / fit mama program starting January!!! 🎯 Share more women's health content on here as requested by the ladies!
Do you listen to music when you train?
Only time I personally ever listen to music is on the bike, but generally listening to podcast or audiobooks. Any recommendations? 73 days out from Abu Dhabi marathon for me 18km low heart rate run boxed off for me and what a morning for it!

Jay and I like listening to The Therapy Crouch (Peter Crouch & Abbey Clancy) - not at all educational but makes me laugh out loud whilst running! 😆 Some episodes are an hour long so definitely helps time go faster!
