Week 3 Day 2 finally finished
This was a busy and long week. I was finally able to squeeze some time to do a workout. I walked for about 30 min today and did a 15 min workout. Need to find a way to balance everything.

done :) so happy these 15-minute workouts are squeezable into life!
day 1 reluctantly done
was super tired from jet lag and really didn't want to do a workout today, but forced myself to do it...the first couple sets were done very half-heartedly...but those sets got the blood flowing a little and I finished up the workout with more enthusiasm...and at the end felt good :)
