Week 3 Day 3
Didn’t really do a workout since I was out all day and planning for a baby shower for tomorrow. But managed to walk for about 30 min.
Messy Consistency
That was the message I needed to hear! I had good intentions but totally reverted to old habits on my trip. I’m going to put it behind me and try to eliminate thoughts of being behind and just start where I’m at!

I’m going on a trip next weekend. I’m getting worried I will do the same.
Week 3 Day 2 done.
Modified my workout a bit with the help of my PT sister, Lori Crowley, to get my technique down and to incorporate breathing. It’s hard work to isolate and activate the right muscles!

Done! Starting to feel a bit stronger haha not enough to up the weights yet. But at least enough to push out a few more reps haha
