Today’s calls were juicy.So much moved, surfaced, and clarified together. We spoke into something many of us have been quietly feeling — an unease in the spiritual community. A sense of uncertainty, exhaustion, fatigue, and lack of stability. Not because anything is “wrong,” but because so much is shifting and awakening all at once. We talked about the importance of grounding right now. Deepening our connection to the body, the earth, and our inner truth — so we’re not floating above what’s being asked of us, but meeting it with presence. In the afternoon call, we moved into practical embodiment — how to physically care for your body so that rest and sleep can truly support the healing and increased capacity being asked of us as women. Many of us are holding more space than ever before — in our homes, our work, our communities, and socially. This requires nourishment, not depletion. In The Alignment, we dove deeper into the Sacral Chakra — listening for what’s asking for more trust. Trust in intuitive gifts. Trust in the wisdom of our ancestors. Trust in what is moving through us, even when it doesn’t yet have words. A big theme across both calls was Energy Strands — how to see them, feel them, nurture them, and lovingly untangle them. We explored the difference between strands that no longer serve and those that are meant to be honoured and strengthened. This isn’t about cutting or rejecting — it’s about allowing transformation to happen with care and consciousness. New to the hub. And in commitment to myself I am placing active energy to this space. So I wanted to say Hi. I live in Melbourne Australia but come from New York. My life has been a series of winding roads to get me to my current place. I have a daily job to pay the bills (dentistry) but have been sitting into energetics and learning over the past few years. I have taken on learnings in Reiki, Seichim and Womb Massage in search of finding the medicine inside. I am currently in studies for life coaching and will soon take on pro bono clients prior to completion of my studies. I am here to place my own nervous system at ease and find the calm in this beautiful community before I hold space for others. Holding space for myself as a priority this year. Hello lovely ladies, I just wanted to get on here and share a win i have had without even noticing the enormity of it till now. And i feel its cause my nervous system is regulating and doing what its meant to do feel safe to expand so the big things aren't as big. I hope this makes sense. I have been slowly but surely expanding my business well in my head, I was but now I'm actually doing it. I just did it. I put myself out there no more or less than I do already, as I'm trying to live through alignment and not effort. This is my intention for the year. Anyhu I have expanded my business into another town and i have sold out every single ticket i did think omg no one is going to come. ( i had an online event in December no one came....) The difference now was definitely mindset and believe in myself feeling strong enough to take the leap again. And now I’m actually excited instead of scared — this expansion feels like my new normal.
