I’ve been putting together a new module on energy strands and how they attach, influence, and sit in our field. I’ve also been working with this daily myself, clearing out a lot of noise and weight from my field… and honestly, it’s been life changing. There’s something really powerful about becoming aware of what you’re holding that isn’t even yours, and having the tools to gently clear it. This will be live in the portal tonight for you to move through in your own time. Also, a little note for next week. We have some time changes coming in, so please check the calendar. One of my favorite things I have read today is the statement in the meditation space "It’s about creating a sacred return to presence — one breath at a time" i love this so much. It takes the pressure off of meditation being anything specific. and Just about the presence.
