Although it was calculated by this AI months ago, i only just added it, as much of it was the same procedures, using different legislation, due to someone testing it and find out it could do it as a bot. Has anyone successfully eliminated court claims for council tax using this method?

I receive Universal Credit to support the keeping of an apartment. I recently lost a case at county court with Cabot Financial which is worth approx £3500, this has lead me to the Citizens Advice team. I am considering using their support to manage this and other pressing enforcement threats including council tax. I'm writing to invite solutions from the team, knowledge-base in support of this complex and challenging time. [I have ardently, and committedly followed the path of sovereignty for the last 6 years, with some success! However it seems that spirit is doubling me back.] I am generating an income and expenditures with the Citizens Advice with a view to take one of their options to manage the offset of the County Court loss. I'm not sure how much of the debtors to inform them about at this stage - possibly leading to bankruptcy. (their is a faint remembrance of using something like a promissory note to get me out of this - however i'm concerned this might get me into bigger trouble, and i'm not sure Citizens Advice is compatible with this.) I trust that this information/position will frustrate many capable and committed advanced data defenders and sovereigns! I can only speak to my position and say that i am committed from a high vibrational, frequency, energy and magnetics perspective. I have been encumbered by various limitations in my ability to progress with the wins necessary at this stage. I wish for the clarity and fairness necessary for others to overcome whatever it is they are facing at this time, much hope that things change soon for betterment of all of us. I welcome support from the team here in ways to navigate this challenging time. In the meantime i'll be filling the Citizens Advice support request. It seems to have holted the menaces of the two primary debtors at this stage.

Just want to update what happened when I went to the court ‘summons’ was total chaos and was brought into a side room with two clowncil 🤡 reps.. I asked them where is the judge and where is your liability order? They looked v sheepish and said we don’t have one.. oh well I said then you don’t have any jurisdiction so what’s happening then ? They said oh it will prob be adjourned.. 2 hours of hanging around the court the LPS were called and everyone who didn’t turn up got an immediate judgement against them.. then they said is there someone here to contest ? And they said the girl At top of the list 😆 so I went forward and launched into my 4 point attack and lady Judge very patronisingly asked me if I would be able to come back to give the other side time to defend..it was adjourned to 17th Oct. She asked if I had a defence ? I said yes it was emailed into the court during the week did they not have it ? And the clerk held up a poly pocket with my email rebuttal. So the lack of liability order worked for now.. interesting to see how 17th Oct goes .. any tips welcome how to proceed..

Jacobs have sent me a text today saying "their 'Removal team' will be attending my property between 6am and 9pm. Please be aware that non-compliance could lead to serious consequences. Act immediately and call their number". I am in the process of going through the Council tax SAR's and have sent SAR 1 & 2 to them already. Since getting this text, I have emailed (and will post tomorrow) LBA/SAR 3 and Cease and Desist letters. Is there anything else I need to do? I know there is a sequence of questions to ask if they do arrive on my doorstep. What if they clamp my car etc.
