Just want to update what happened when I went to the court ‘summons’ was total chaos and was brought into a side room with two clowncil 🤡 reps.. I asked them where is the judge and where is your liability order? They looked v sheepish and said we don’t have one.. oh well I said then you don’t have any jurisdiction so what’s happening then ? They said oh it will prob be adjourned.. 2 hours of hanging around the court the LPS were called and everyone who didn’t turn up got an immediate judgement against them.. then they said is there someone here to contest ? And they said the girl

At top of the list 😆 so I went forward and launched into my 4 point attack and lady Judge very patronisingly asked me if I would be able to come back to give the other side time to defend..it was adjourned to 17th Oct. She asked if I had a defence ? I said yes it was emailed into the court during the week did they not have it ? And the clerk held up a poly pocket with my email rebuttal. So the lack of liability order worked for now.. interesting to see how 17th Oct goes .. any tips welcome how to proceed..
