Jacobs have sent me a text today saying "their 'Removal team' will be attending my property between 6am and 9pm. Please be aware that non-compliance could lead to serious consequences. Act immediately and call their number". I am in the process of going through the Council tax SAR's and have sent SAR 1 & 2 to them already. Since getting this text, I have emailed (and will post tomorrow) LBA/SAR 3 and Cease and Desist letters. Is there anything else I need to do? I know there is a sequence of questions to ask if they do arrive on my doorstep. What if they clamp my car etc.

Hi all, I am currently compiling the SAR 2 for our good friends Jacobs Enforcement! I have come across the following paragraph: You are also acting in violation of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989, as no legally executed Deed of Assignment (DOA) has been produced, and no original credit agreement has been disclosed. I think this should read Liability Order but not 100% sure. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance, cheers, RobB

Hi, i forgot to add the process and the SARs onto the recorded meeting on 5th November, so i have done it now and thanks to Phil for the reminder, but i am attaching them here too for ease, the video is in the classroom for the recorded meetings and all the paperwork is now attached. Also remember that we have our Private Group Meeting on Thursday at 7:30pm, link in Calendar section, i have emailed everyone about the meetings over the silly season, but more info here too 12th on as normal, 19th on as normal, 26th no meeting, 2nd January on as normal and we continue as normal from then on.
