How we doing with soreness? Any additional observations?

No soreness like week1, thank goodness! I definitely feel the burn while doing the workout, but it doesn’t linger. Week 4 I will increase reps, and maybe weights as well🫣
Week three day two
Done! Starting to feel a bit stronger haha not enough to up the weights yet. But at least enough to push out a few more reps haha
