This was a busy and long week. I was finally able to squeeze some time to do a workout. I walked for about 30 min today and did a 15 min workout. Need to find a way to balance everything.
@Alyssa Furukawa Just the upper muscles if I exercise them or just the lower body if I do a lower body. Once I get moving it’s pretty minimal pain. I do notice if I stretch it helps. It’s not sharp pain it’s like a dull ache.
