Help me determine the October Challenge WINNERS! 🎃
Last month, we announced the 21-day October challenge. Our goal was simple: Help as many of you as possible set a goal and make progress towards it every day for 21 days! And boy did y'all deliver! So much so, in fact, that it is near-impossible for me to count everyone's points up 🙃 Which means I need your help. If you participated in the challenge, please comment on this post with: 1. What was your team name and logo, and who was your partner? 2. Did you miss any days? If so, did you post a streak save video to make up for the missed days and save your streak bonus? Help me figure this out so we can announce the winners! (And don't worry, I will be double-checking people's answers. So no cheating!)

@Bill Widmer Same here boss
The hack that's made me over $1M as an ADHD entrepreneur 💰
I'm gonna real with you guys... Being an entrepreneur with ADHD is fucking hard sometimes. I’m constantly second-guessing my ideas, tweaking my systems, questioning my offer, wondering if I should pivot… or start a whole new business altogether. Just last week, I almost convinced @Rex Loyer we needed to create another offer. But then I remembered... Success doesn't come from having the perfect idea or constant tweaking. It comes from staying with something long enough to let it work. Because every change has a fixed cost in focused energy. Switch your CRM? You lose hours (or days) learning the new one. Switch your offer? You lose 20% of the momentum you’d already built. Think of it this way: You’re pushing a massive boulder up a hill. It’s heavy. It’s slow. Your muscles ache. Then you spot another boulder off to the side that looks a little smaller, maybe smoother, maybe more colorful. You think, “Maybe that one will be easier to push." "If I could just find the right boulder, I can get to the top of this hill and push it down the other side.” So you drop the boulder you’ve been pushing and walk over to the new one. But guess what? It’s just as heavy. Sometimes even heavier. And the worst part? All that effort you spent pushing the first one…is gone. If you didn't maintain it, it starts rolling back down the hill. And now you’re back at the bottom of a new hill, starting from zero again. This time with more fatigue. Here's my point... Entrepreneurship isn't about the big glamorous "I made $1 million overnight" moves. For 99% of people, it doesn't work like that. It's a slow, painful grind over months and years. Without letting shiny object pull you in. I get it - it's pulled me in many times. I've switched businesses a TON. That's why I have people in my corner holding me accountable to sticking to one thing long enough to see it through. Because left to my own devices, my ADHD will pull me in another direction.

How do you recharge without feeling lazy?
Was talking about it in FFA and interested how people feel about getting rest, freedom, or free time? Does that result in guilt or shame?

Stop Using Networking As Procrastination
“Oh, but I’m networking. It’s good use of my time…” But look at what you did in those networking calls. You talked about what’s gonna happen in that new TV show that you both watched. You gave the spoilers to the upcoming chapter of that fiction book you both love. You talked & felt good about how many calls you hopped on that week. You talked about everything except for the thing that matters the most, your business. No wonder you’re not getting more sales lately. “But I did talk about my business when they asked me what I did…” Yeah, right…stay in your lil bubble. Remember, business is: money in. That’s it. Not networking or hopping on calls just to pass your time. Now I’m not saying don’t network. Networking is good, but only if you use it properly. Your goal in networking should be to provide as much value as you can. Your aim should be: “How can I help that person?” Be the doctor and diagnose that ‘patient’ who’s on the other end of the call. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people just having a good time on these calls. Sure, have a good time. Have a good laugh. Life shouldn’t be dull. But don’t get distracted from your goals. Have a time set for casual chill calls with the people you enjoy talking to. But then have separate calls just to present value. Put all attention on that person. Shower them with value. And then pitch your offer if you believe that you can help them. But don’t hide behind the comfort of smiles & laughter just to avoid doing the work. Don’t use networking as a means of procrastination. If you’ve made this mistake in the past, don’t worry. Go through all of your contact list… And go through the people, who you’ve already had ‘fun’ with on previous calls. And now, hop on a value call with them. Keep the fun out on this short, action-packed call. And pour all the value out, without holding anything back. And see how much real progress you make in a few days. Because remember, with each value-based call…

Sheeeeeshhhh
I thought I wasn't gone for long and came back to so many new faces and almost double the amount of members there were when I left. Thats CRAZY! It makes me super happy to see the growth and all the new faces. What all did I miss? In a gif or 2 can someone try and explain what I missed in the last 3 weeks?
