What does everyone do to clear their mind when feeling overwhelmed?
For me, it’s journaling. I get everything down on paper, which helps me organise my thoughts and create a plan of action. I see journaling like this: when your mind is full and everything feels overwhelming, it’s like all your washing is tangled together in the tumble dryer. Journaling is taking it all out, folding it into neat piles, and putting everything back where it belongs. That’s exactly how my mind feels afterwards. I also love yoga, meditation, and walking in nature, they all help me come back to myself.
