Thursday : Breakfast : fried egg ,sausage,1 toast Afternoon snack : bounty chocolate Dinner : palak chicken and white rice Steps: 12201 Workout :treadmill Friday Breakfast :granola with Greek yoghurt and berries Morning snack :protein shake ,omelette and 1 toast . Dinner:1/2 naan, kebabs and chicken tikka Steps: 9046 Workout:treadmill walk + indoor walk Saturday : Breakfast:beef kebab /boiled egg on toast /chicken / wedges . Dinner:pilau (small portion) Steps:9749 Workout:treadmill plus another workout
