Was a gentle, creative space was opened last week, and I wanted to share it with you. Big love to @Ingmar Mareen for the invitation and hosting this workshop in her community. We slowed down, reflected, and reconnected through writing and painting. One of the most meaningful moments was writing a letter to the body. to the part of ourselves that holds stories, creativity, emotion, and sacral energy. This practice is about connection. When we create, we soften, we listen, and we remember we’re not alone. This includes men, too! honouring both feminine creative energy (yoni) and masculine creative energy (lingam). I notice since switching positions at work I haven’t been my fun, excited zesty self. I’m ebbing and flowing right now, navigating how I want to ride these waves. These hands 🙌 represent a prompt I had done before. What I want to bring in, Passion- is what I want to bring in. I want to do more of what I love, the stuff that feels like play and time just flies by. Doubt- is what I want to let go of. My gentle reminder today is my energy goes where my focus goes.
