“I hit snooze”
Hello lovely members 💛 I woke up this morning and realized that I hadn’t officially scheduled any Sip & Spark sessions for February yet. I want to be real with you. This week has been extra full as I’ve been working (a bit too much) and preparing for upcoming events, Vulva Workshop tomorrow at 8:30-9:30am, IRL Drum circle, and a family trip to Costa Rica for my 40th. I truly value our time together and never want to show up half-present or half asleep. So today will be a mini-postpone, and I would love to make it up to you, with and intentional Sip & Spark instead ✨ Thank you for always being such a supportive and understanding community. Your presence here means so much to me. More details coming soon stay tuned and be gentle with yourselves today too. 🌿 Here’s a picture of my puppy dog eyes.

A Gentle Inner Reminder
I recorded this as a birthday gift to myself, a gentle reminder to tap into my highest good. I’m sharing it here in case it supports you too. If these kinds of meditations resonate, you’ll find more in the classroom under Inner Realms. ✨ Happy Saturday, everyone! What are you up to today?
7-Day No Morning Phone Challenge
Hey Friends in Soul Art, Do you want calmer mornings or do you enjoy waking up stressed and scrolling like a raccoon 🦝📱 The quest: For 7 days, no phone for the first 30 minutes after waking up. No scrolling. No messages. No “just checking.” Why: Less noise. More clarity. Mornings that feel like yours. How: Each day, comment: “Day X done.” That’s it. We start Monday morning (1.9.26). Comment YES if you’re in. Comment NO if your phone owns you 😌 Thanks @Jenny Landis for letting me post this!
Rediscovering Creativity as Self-Care
I made this video a little while ago, stumbling upon it today couldn't have come at a better time. Recently, managing my ADHD has been harder than usual. I've noticed I haven't been making much art either, and I don't think that's a coincidence. This older version of myself reminded me why creative expression matters so much. Creativity offers a powerful outlet for emotions that are hard to put into words. Through art, music, writing, or other creative mediums, we can process and release feelings in ways that improve emotional regulation and reduce anxiety. It's worked for me before. Now it's time to tap back into that.
New moon journaling :)
I like new moons for intention setting, I am using these questions today. I would love to hear your reflections. 1. What ideas, story’s and narratives am I holding on too tightly to? 2. What ideas, stories and narratives serve me the best? 3. What’s one thing I can say, do and feel to embody this? My reflection: I am holding onto the narrative that I am just a number, that I am not respected at work, and that I feel disempowered. To shift the narrative, I have choice and it is within my locus of control to change my perspective to be grateful of having a job, to be happy that I am healthy, and to focus on the nudges that show me the way. Feel- I am wearing my emotions on my sleeve and that’s okay. Say- I have Nothing to be ashamed of. Do- act with love. For yourself (mind body and spirit)
