As you know I haven’t been hosting sip and spark in the mornings, I wanted to share a bit about why. To find a more peaceful path since returning from my trip to Costa Rica with my family I have kept the no phones in the morning. So no screens… I have been spending more time walking outside (until the snow storm that happened yesterday) Where yesterday I took a photo shoot in the snow! … but the part I want to share is I started a painting with my daughter. One that just calms me. We listen together and we colour. What calms you everyday? I’m also collaborating with someone to bring to the community. Stay tuned.

I’m free! I’m free! I’ve let things go! The need to seek, the need to know. The need to push. The need to pull My heart receives love. It is full Of answers. They’re already there. Surfacing. I’m so aware. I can rest, relax and wait. And just allow a peaceful state To heal my body and my soul. I surrender all control. I release belief in time. Eternal life is so sublime. I feel the presence of my Guide. I hear it speak. It’s deep inside. I see the Truth. I see the Light. I know that everything’s alright. Worried thoughts that used to be Twisting turning spinning me In circles with the threat of death Are vanquished with each long deep breath. Subconsciously I’ve made a shift. Whats bad is good. I see the gift In EVERYTHING with my own eyes To my delight, to my surprise It’s simple. And it’s up to me To make the choice to be set free. To not assume or think I know, To not hold on, just let things flow In and out and all around. My hearts desires I have found Are not the things that I’ve worked for My Spirit moves and opens doors Of consciousness that grows, expands I feel my angels take my hands And lead me where I need to go. I have been feeling a little more drained, a little more blue recently. My intuition says to rest.....forever, but I also know I want to love and nurture my community. I am thinking about bringing back SIP and SPARK in a different capacity or at least playing around with the ideas that YOU want, not just what I think you might want. lol I am being really honest here that I need some help to keep the flame lit. I’ve been thinking a lot about how I miss my balance, But then asking myself, what does it actually look like. And resting really is one of those things that lets me tap into my intuition. What does balance look like for you? How does it help your creativity?

As I step into the first day of work, It’s like art and creating Showing up and saying to myself “I’m going to do the best that I can today” And that’s enough. No external pressure or distractions. I stayed focus today and now feeling it’s time to rest What area can you give yourself more permission? Sending everyone lots of love today.
