This morning we connected to what matters. Last week "Mindset shift" was what won the votes! So here is the video and prompt. 1. What’s one core value you want to lead with this week? 2. How can you honor it in a small, real way today? Drop your word below. One word can say a lot. I would love to hear your thoughts on what you want to experiment with >.> Thanks @Christa Edwards for the morning hangout I have so many ideas now!

The Art of Ordinary Moments 🎨
This video I took yesterday feels like art to me. I love the rain. I love my cats. I love my home. My boyfriend is in the other room, reading his book and listening to peaceful lo-fi music. I call this piece "perfection". ☔

Was a gentle, creative space was opened last week, and I wanted to share it with you. Big love to @Ingmar Mareen for the invitation and hosting this workshop in her community. We slowed down, reflected, and reconnected through writing and painting. One of the most meaningful moments was writing a letter to the body. to the part of ourselves that holds stories, creativity, emotion, and sacral energy. This practice is about connection. When we create, we soften, we listen, and we remember we’re not alone. This includes men, too! honouring both feminine creative energy (yoni) and masculine creative energy (lingam). If it speaks to you, you can follow along at home: • Write a gentle letter to your body • Let the words be kind, curious, or healing • Paint alongside it (intuitive, no skill needed) • Let the process be the point Watch the video and create along with me. 🌸You’re always invited to share - as much or as little as feels right.
Sip & Spark: Theme Intention
I often find myself thinking about all the things I want to do, but I can’t do them all. How do we find our focus? And bring it into the light. Today I had a wonderful hangout with @Christa Edwards and @Cathy Sue Carpenter, thank you again for the creative hangout. My intention update was to draw more: So here is some digital and paper art. I invite you to ask yours self…. What do you want to feel today? What is one action we can do to move into this?
